Susan Kleinmann is the inspiration behind Mobile Chef. Her outstanding commitment to using only the freshest quality ingredients has been her trademark, making Mobile Chef a leader in the catering community. Susan’s origins began with her preparing delicious and healthy meals in client’s homes over ten years ago.

In 1997, Ms. Kleinmann teamed with Christine Bichler, who had been a party consultant in the Fox Valley. Ms. Bichler brought her expertise and creative flair for beautifully displayed presentations and knowledge of cutting edge cuisine. A highly skilled and trained kitchen staff and sales force serving the entire Fox Valley area, as well as Green Bay and Milwaukee supports the partners.

A major part of Mobile Chef’s success is its flexibility. Our clients have often told us that the word “flexible" should be included in our name. Over the past ten years, we have continued to provide a flexible approach to our catering service. We are here to serve you and accommodate your every need.
